Meditation

 I recently tried out the 45 meditation session that Professor Dinehart sent to us, and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. While I don't meditate very often, I found that this particular session helped me to relax and clear my mind. The relaxing white noise helped me focus. By the end of the session, I felt much more relaxed and centered, and I found myself looking forward to trying the meditation again in the future. With all the school work I've had recently it was nice to take a step back and relax. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking to incorporate meditation into their daily routine.
